We recommend placing your order as soon as you decide on one of our delicious products to ensure we can deliver to you on time for your special event or occasion. ​Orders must be made at least 72 hours prior to expected delivery. If you require an order outside of these times, please contact us by phone to discuss as we may be able to help.

In the rare circumstance that we are unable to meet your needs or delivery date, The Cookie Spot reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order. In this case, we will advise you within 24 hours of placing your order and process a full refund of any payment made.

The Cookie Spot cannot be held liable for any delays in postage and offers a guideline only on expected delivery time. Local pickup is the best way to ensure you receive your order on time. Please refer to our FAQ's for more info on postage.

Our cookies are a homemade product and we hand colour, so naturally, some slight variation may occur in each cookie. If your cookies are damaged or you believe there are any quality issues at all, please contact us immediately.​

For cancellations of a confirmed order, please see the following:

• 2 weeks or more from delivery date - FULL REFUND

• 1-2 weeks from order delivery - 50% REFUND

• Within 1 week of order delivery - NO REFUND
